Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets boast a remarkable characteristic surface that is smooth, flat, and graced with an ornate starburst pattern set against a silvery-white base color, radiating elegance. The coating composition is expertly crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating process to perfection. The 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated sheets deliver not only superior corrosion resistance, but also exhibit outstanding adhesion and flexibility, ensuring longevity and adaptability in various industrial applications.
