Prepainted galvalume steel coils, crafted from high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils, serve as the foundational raw material. Undergo pretreatment where surfaces are meticulously cleaned, impurities removed, and the material is degreased, followed by composite oxidation and passivation treatment. Following this, the surface is elegantly coated with PE. SMP, PVDF paint is then baked and solidified to perfection. Tailored for demanding applications, especially in corrosive and coastal regions, ensuring longevity and reliability.
