Composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, this Al-Zinc alloy offers enhanced corrosion resistance, outperforming galvanized steel sheets of equal thickness under identical conditions. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel, utilizing a continuous melt coating method.
