Our Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coils are crafted using high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 - 275gsm) steel coils as the foundational material. The meticulous pretreatment process, which includes impurity removal, degreasing, and composite oxidation and passivation, ensures an impeccably clean surface. We then enhance this surface with a professional PE, SMP, or PVDF paint coating that is baked and solidified to perfection. This makes our product exceptionally resilient, especially suitable for applications in corrosive environments and coastal regions.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Known for its superior impact performance and remarkable elongation and yield value, this substrate excels in color steel sheet production. It garners high praise in construction, decoration, and various industry applications due to its outstanding qualities.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While the process mirrors that of the hot-dip galvanized steel, the difference lies in the zinc layer content on the surface and the distinctive zinc flower appearance. This substrate outperforms galvanized steel in weather resistance and lifespan.
3: Aluminum: Aluminum stands out for its specialized industrial applications. Despite its higher cost, it is indispensable for sectors like refrigeration, insulation, poisoning, and sterilization, thanks to its excellent impact performance, both tangible and intangible, and bending capabilities.
4. Cold rolled sheet: This steel, a precursor to galvanized steel and aluminum zinc-plated steel, is not annealed but boasts a high hardness level. With low impact performance, yield value, and elongation, it offers excellent welding performance.
