The premium coating composition is meticulously crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process parallels that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating technique. When it comes to corrosion resistance, the 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet outshines galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness, offering superior durability and protection in identical environments on both sides.
