The hot-rolled steel coil is meticulously crafted from continuous casting slab or blooming slab as raw materials. These slabs are heated in a walking furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then transferred to the rough rolling mill. Undergoes a controlled rolling process, followed by laminar cooling (with computer-controlled cooling rates) before being coiled to form a pristine straight hair coil.
Hot-rolled steel coils boast exceptional properties such as high strength, excellent toughness, easy processing, and superb weldability. These qualities make them indispensable in various manufacturing sectors including machinery, construction, boilers, and pressure vessels.
