The hot-rolled steel coil, crafted from continuous casting slab or blooming slab as the base material, undergoes heating in a walking furnace, followed by high-pressure water descaling. It then proceeds to the rough rolling mill for controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it experiences laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and is coiled into a straight hair coil.
Hot-rolled steel coil boasts superior properties, including high strength, exceptional toughness, easy processability, and excellent weldability. These attributes make it an indispensable material across various manufacturing sectors such as machinery, construction, boilers, and pressure vessels.
