Product Name: Semi glossy Philippines Prepainted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc Alloy Coated Steel Coil with 0.4mm
Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil Used IN Galvalume/Aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) Steel Coils ,as the basic raw material. After thorough pretreatment (cleaning the surface to remove impurities, degreasing, and undergoing composite oxidation and passivation treatment), the surface is coated with PE. SMP, PVDF paint is then baked and solidified. This results in a product that is more suitable for applications in corrosive and coastal areas.

Each has distinct performance characteristics and uses: PE-coated steel offers high corrosion resistance, typically lasting 5-7 months, and is suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components; SMP-coated steel has better corrosion resistance and lasts about 10 months, making it ideal for steel structural buildings, windows, and automotive parts; PVDF-coated steel excels in corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of 15-20 months, and is well-suited for structural building roofs and walls.
We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. As the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, we adhere to their high-quality standards. Depending on the client's requirements, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, guaranteeing no peeling, crazing, or cracking. A warranty letter from AkzoNobel is provided to assure our commitment to quality.
