1. Hot-dipped galvanized steel pipes are manufactured through a meticulous process where steel pipes are first stripped of rust and then immersed in molten zinc at 500ºC. This procedure creates a robust zinc coating that effectively prevents corrosion and ensures long-lasting durability.
2. Pre-Galvanized iron pipes are constructed from galvanized iron or steel. This method involves coating the iron or steel with a protective layer of zinc, which acts as a barrier against corrosion, significantly enhancing the metal's lifespan and structural integrity.
